Camp Duffy Nomination Form
The Camp Duffy Campground is reserved for those long-term volunteers who have helped SUN ‘n FUN become the world-class event that it is today. Eligible campers are: Pioneers, Directors, Chairmen, Co-Chairman and Volunteers, who have provided six years of active full-time volunteer service in a leadership role to the SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo and staff members as designated space is available.
Requirements for space in Camp Duffy:
- You must be a Chairman, Co-Chairman or serve as a long-time volunteer.
- You must have volunteered for at least (6) six years before qualifying for space.
- If you are not a chairman, you must confirm your work schedule with your chairman and you must be on their current roster.
- You must be here for the entire week of the event, arrival by Monday (pre-event)
- You must have hours recorded for the last year you volunteered, and those hours must meet the minimum weekly requirement of 24 hours (as of 2023 or the last you were here.)
- The volunteer hourly requirement for Camp Duffy will increase to 32 Hours for the 2025 event.
Please click on the Nomination Form box to complete your nomination for a volunteer who works for you in your volunteer area. Please keep in mind that this request will be reviewed and if the nominated volunteer meets the requirements, space will be approved on an “as space is available” basis.
REQUEST A NEW CAMP SPACE IN CAMP DUFFY
Adair Park & Creekside Camp Space Request
Adair Park is the former old Raider’s Campground on SUN ‘n FUN Drive and the Poley Creek camp spaces are the campsites behind the Vintage HQ. All of these spaces are electric and water only, limited in number and availability. The space approval process will be handled much the same way as the Camp Duffy nomination, review, and approval process. Special consideration will be given to volunteers who have previously camped in these locations. However, you are not guaranteed the camp spaces from to year. A request for space will be required each year!
Camp Duffy Camp Space Confirmation
Please use the link below to confirm the date of your return to Camp Duffy for the current year’s fly-in. This form will help us determine space availability for the current year. If are a current Camp Duffy fly-in resident (not assigned a one-year space) and for some reason, you cannot come this year your spot will be held for you for one year, please let us know your status by clicking on the Confirmation Form box and completing this form.

SUN ‘n FUN RV Storage Request & Payment
Please use the form below to submit a request to store your camper unit in Camp Duffy year-round. Note: You must have an approved space in Camp Duffy and have also completed a Camp Duffy application/registration for next year’s fly-in in place before you complete your storage request.
This storage fee covers the annual storage of your RV onsite only. If you plan to come and stay in your RV during the off-season in a non-volunteer capacity, camping fees are required. Please contact SUN ‘n FUN before your arrival to confirm your stay.
