Expo Chairman Meeting Registration

Please register for the 2026 SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo Volunteer Chairman Meetings on the form below. Please share this page link with any volunteers you plan to invite or need to attend in your place, so they can also register.

If you plan to fly in for either of these meetings, please plan to arrive by 9:30 am. Access the site by rolling up to Gate 51 (off of taxiway Papa). The gate will open automatically. Park your aircraft in the grass near Hangar “C” or “D”.  We will provide airport gate assistance for departure.

We plan our meeting setup and lunch requirements with the numbers provided by this registration process.

Time: 10:00 am
Location: CFAA – Central Florida Aerospace Academy – 1^st Floor.
Registration Deadline: Monday, February 16 – To secure lunch order. – Lunch will be served after the meeting.

If you attend a break-out meeting afterward, please remove your vehicle from the CFAA parking lot so we can secure the gates!  Thank you!

ACE/SNF is hosting the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast at the Sunset Grill – Starts at 7:30 am – Fly-In or Drive in for breakfast!

If you plan to come and camp at SUN ‘n FUN for the February meeting, we will have dedicated camping locations for volunteers. Our campground is open to the public during this time period.

In March, if you plan to bring your rig in early to place for  SUN ‘n FUN, the early volunteer camper drop-off for SUN ‘n FUN rules are changing.  More details to come shortly!
